Roles with access

Only administrators have access to all users. Managers are limited to viewing users in their own category.

This section provides a global overview of resource usage on the platform, facilitating decision-making and infrastructure optimization.

From here, you can filter by category in the field (if you are an administrator; managers will be limited to information from their own category):

The following information can be consulted:

Accumulated usage graphs of DHN hours (normalized desktops) and consumed storage.

The configuration of these graphs is explained in the section Usage - Config.

Summary information of total resources on the platform, such as desktops, templates, media, deployments, users, and groups.

Distribution of storage among media and domains (desktops, deployments, and templates).

Suggestions for automatic cleanup, such as unused desktops or deployments, or empty deployments, aimed at freeing up space and optimizing system performance.

Results can be filtered by inactivity periods: 1, 2, 3, or 6 months, or 1 or 2 years without use.

By clicking the button , all unused desktops and deployments within the selected period will be deleted. To delete a desktop individually, click the icon .

Config

This section manages the graphs displayed on the main analytics page. It is possible to add, edit, or delete graphs that visualize platform usage data, such as consumed storage or normalized desktop hours.

To add a new graph, click the button , which opens the following modal:

Title of the graph.

Subtitle of the graph.

Parameter grouping.

Defines the priority in which graphs will appear if there is more than one. Those with a lower numeric value will be shown first.

Number of days displayed in the graph.

Actions that can be performed.

: Allows you to edit the graph.

: Allows you to delete the graph.
