    • user: The same user send the item to the recycle bin.
    • system: The system send the item by a scheduled task.
  • Owner name: Name of the user who owns the item.
  • Item type: Indicates what type of item it is.
  • Deleted desktops: Number of desktops deleted.
  • Deleted templates: Number of templates deleted.
  • Deleted deployments: Number of deployments deleted.
  • Deleted storages: Number of storages deleted.
  • Last modification: Last time it was modified.

Restoring deleted items

You can restore deleted items by clicking the icon:

A confirmation modal will appear showing a summary of what will be restored.

Permanent deletion

Items can be permanently deleted by clicking the icon:
{width="3%"}

A confirmation modal will appear asking if you're sure you want to permanently delete the entry.

Auto-delete time modification

You can modify the maximum time an item stays in the recycle bin using the dropdown at the top:

Global actions

A series of global actions can be performed with the entries in the recycle bin. These can be applied to all entries or only the selected ones.

These actions are the same as the individual ones, but allow you to apply them to multiple entries at once.

Domains in other status

In this section, you'll see entries with a status different from "recycled".

You'll see entries that have been permanently deleted or restored.

The table is the same as in the previous section, but these items are no longer in the recycle bin — they’ve either been deleted or restored.

Configuration

Roles with access

Only administrators have access to this feature.

To go to the recycle bin configuration section, click the button under the "Recycle bin" section:

The system can be configured to send deleted items to the recycle bin by default.

You can check the "Send to recycle bin by default" box to automatically send deleted items to the bin:

You can also edit how long items stay in the recycle bin. You may check a box to automatically delete them after that time.

Once entries are permanently deleted, you can decide what to do with them. You may delete them completely without saving anything or define a subfolder to store them as a backup.

Unused item rules

It’s possible to create rules that the system can follow to automatically clean up the platform.

Rules can be applied based on users, groups, categories, or roles, and a priority can be assigned.

Each rule has an operation assigned to it that will execute when its conditions are met.

To create a rule, click the button:

A modal will appear where you can configure the rule:

Here you can name and describe the rule and assign the operation to be performed once the condition is met.

This rule can later be edited using the icon:

You can also modify who the rule is shared with using:

And you can delete the rule using:
